For thirty years, Martyrs' has been fortunate to work with many of the finest musicians of our time while paying particular focus to the art of drumming. We are thrilled to present Peter Erskine Trio featuring Alan Pasqua and Scott Colley with help from our friends at Reelsounds Studio, Hard Wag Records and Steinway & Sons. Perhaps most known to many by his work with Wayne Shorter, Joe Zawinul and Jaco Pastorius in Weather Report, Peter Erskine has appeared on over 700 albums and film scores, won 2 Grammy Awards and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the Berklee School of Music. Fifty albums have been released under his own name or as co-leader. While Peter's accolades and collaborations are too numerous to mention, he has formed a special musical bond with Alan Pasqua at the piano. Peter and Alan will be joined by preeminent double bassist and composer, Scott Colley, for an extraordinary evening of jazz trio music not to be missed.
