Bob Mamet

Bob Mamet is a 7-time chart-topping Jazz pianist and composer known for his uniquely melodic and vibrant style.Bob’s three major-label albums as a solo artist and two critically acclaimed releases with his prominent Bob Mamet Trio have garnered rave reviews and Top-Selling status around the globe.  The Trio has recently sold out top Jazz venues in New York, Los Angeles, Philidelphia, Chicago, Houston, and Paris. The debut of the Bob Mamet Trio at the legendary Paris Jazz venue “Sunside/Sunset” prompted the French magazine Jazz Hot to declare: “What a discovery it was! ….their dichotomy of sweetness and fire, always to arrive at a beautiful osmosis.”  Bob enjoyed success in Los Angeles as a lauded film composer, studio musician, and recording artist with Atlantic Records for 12 years.  During his time with Atlantic, Bob continuously resided in the top ten on the national Jazz charts, hitting Number One 7 times.  After Bob moved back to his hometown Chicago in 2014, his internationally hailed CD “London House Blues,” a tribute to the classic Chicago Jazz clubs of the 50’s and 60’s, received instant acclaim. Subhi

Subhi is a singer, songwriter, composer based in Chicago. Her debut album (out this summer) is a Hindi Pop-Jazz album in collaboration with renowned musicians from the Chicago Jazz scene including Joaquin Garcia (Piano), Ivan Taylor (Double Bass), Gustavo Cortinas (Drums) & Rajiv Halim (Saxophone).  Born in New Delhi, Subhi moved to New York when she was 16 years old. Later, she moved to Chicago and kept actively traveling to Mumbai for work on several music projects. Being in Chicago, she wanted to embrace the city’s vibrant jazz into her music. She started working with local musicians and this collaboration helped her discover a unique style. Today, her music highlights her journey as an artist between two cultures & showcases a blend of her Indian roots and the prominent Jazz scene of Chicago.  Subhi recently performed at the 'Eye On India' festival in Chicago and her songs have been featured on NPR and WGN TV. She began her career working as a music assistant on Monsoon Wedding Broadway show in New York. She went on to compose, write, and sing for Bollywood movies and leading Indian digital studios.
