Tributosaurus becomes... Little Feat! Thursday, October 9th!  Certain bands receive a unique multi-faceted respect from the many top notch musicians that have come through the Tributosaurus orbit through the years. These are bands who impress us with their songwriting, grooviness, musical chops, lyrics, and vocals. All of it: the whole package. Stevie Wonder. Steely Dan. Earth, Wind & Fire. Bands like that. In October, we get back in touch with another one of those bands, when we become Little Feat on Thursday October 9th at Martyrs.The late Lowell George had a vision, and Little Feat executed it for a long, long time. New Orleans sensibilities with a rock and roll soul, a wistful sense of humor, and a jam-band bottom. We'll do tons off the great Dixie Chicken album, hit several other studio classics, and focus on their legendary collaboration with the Tower Of Power horns on Waiting For Columbus...one of the greatest live albums ever made.
