Performer Bios: ❤ Sexual Folklorist Dixie De La Tour founded Bawdy Storytelling - the Nation’s original sex and storytelling series -a decade ago, despite being told repeatedly that nobody would get onstage to tell their stories of sex, kink and gender (Wrong!).This multi-city live storytelling event welcomes true stories from any and all communities (LGBTQIA, kink, polyamory, swingers, vanilla, and many more) and is bringing sex-positive storytelling to new cities all the time. Before he became partnered, he enjoyed having sex with random men from the internet, Bally's, and the local grocery store. While he is still prone to play I'll show you mine if you show me yours, he is now mostly focused on finishing a collection of short stories. Archy is the winner of The Chicago's Biggest Liar Contest, The 2015 Moth Grandslam winner, and has been featured on the RISK! podcast. ❤ Ashley M has been a dancer, choreographer, and performer for many years ranging from hip hop, lyrical, jazz and much more. Her most recent adventure has been as a wench for the past 4 years. She worked as a bar and stage wench telling bawdy jokes at various shows at the Texas Renaissance Festival and Scarborough Renaissance festival as well as modeled and danced the parade. You can find her now every year at the local Bristol Renaissance Festival being sassy and bawdy as ever for Iris and Rose and the 2 Merry Men. ❤ Buzz Yearling is a Bawdy SuperFan. She's been an audience member in SF, LA, and Seattle, and has plans to come out for the Chicago show in October. She's also a BawdySLAM winner. "Bawdy has not only gotten me laid, Bawdy changed my life" ❤ The Big Ditties are DJ K-Hey, T-Pole, and Ad Rik (as if you didn’t already know) and since returning from their critically acclaimed and wildly successful world wide tour in support of their 7th number 1 album (Kanye West was the opener [Chance The Rapper was the opener for Kanye]) in the last 18 months they’ve been….chillin, as well as hard at work composing their speeches for their Nobel Prizes and filming their award winning and hard hitting documentary on the plight of freezer burn entitled “Cull Of The Ice” which will be presented at this year’s Caan Film Festival (actual venue TBD to the highest bidder [magic & money yo!]) and just so you know The Big Ditties are most influenced by the songs Smell Yo Dick and School House Rock (“Conjunction Junction” being at the top of that list) and you can find The Big Ditties on August first at the Aurora mall, but don’t be late as you will miss them take flight to the sky on their dragons, Skippio, Publius and Glen.
