The Universe Tour has you traveling the galaxy without leaving the dance floor.The Universe Tour is an event produced by Otherworld Theatre Company, a non-for-profit theatre dedicated to the performance of Science Fiction and Fantasy plays. We also curate events throughout Chicago to create a dialogue between patron and artists.So help support theatre while having nerdy blast.ARC IMPULSE: Hailing from Chicago, is a group of friends from varying musical backgrounds who have joined forces over their common love for rocking your favorite video game music. Their sound has evolved through the years to bring you a truly unique kind of video game synth rock you've never heard before!TIME CRASH: Formed on the whim of a Facebook status update by lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist (and avid 'Doctor Who' fan) Ronen Kohn, Time Crash first came together in the summer of 2011 with the goal of being 'America's first trock band.' Along with Dave Kitsberg (lead guitar), Michael Fye (bass), Andy Rice (drums), and Chris Rice (steel guitar), the group has brought together an assortment of rock genres, from power ballad to punk, in celebration of their favorite Time Lord and his adventures.IL TROUBADORE, known on the planet Qo'noS as bomwI'pu' has been performing tlhIngan QoQ (Klingon music) live since 2009. il Troubadore's mission is to record and perform all existing songs in the complete musical oeuvre of the Klingon Empire. il Troubadore have managed to also learn a number of songs from many alien races throughout the multiverse including tunes in the tongues of the Ewoks and the languages Huttese, Fremen, Vulcan, Tenctonese and Shyriiwook. Also, the group have managd to pick quickly learn tunes in dozens of langauges on the planet Earth.THE DJSAARON ACKERSON, By creating his own Geekeasy events and appearances at various other nerd events and conventions, DJ Aaron Ackerson has made himself a name as Chicago's premier nerd music DJ. You can expect a danceable and eclectic mix of music from video games, animation, sci-fi, Internet memes, and more. DJ GSPOT: Born and raised in Chicago, Gspot was fortunate to have an Aunt and Mom raise him in the Nerd tradition. To Star Wars, Star Trek, and Dr. Who, Sci-Fi influences his techno/electrohouse music.

 TIME CRASH is equal parts hard-rocking space band and sci-fi dance explosion. Lead vocalist Ronen Kohn’s clear, bright vocals soar over the tightest rhythm section in the galaxy, with Andy Rice on drums and Michael Fye on bass. Christopher Rice rocks out on steel guitar, while lead guitarist, Dave Kitsberg strums his 'bigger on the inside,' custom-built guiTARDIS. Inspired by the stories and characters of Doctor Who, TIME CRASH formed in 2011 and has released an EP, Little Amelia, and their first full-length album, REGENERATION, with more to come!
