One of Chicago's hottest bands is hosting NYE at Martyrs'! Featuring... Lonnie, Fefe, YoungDuro, & Johnny2x4. Due to unforeseen sickness in the band Manwolves & Left4 will no longer be playing. Manwolves members will still be in attendance & will emcee the evening. 

 Manwolves is a 5-piece multi-instrumental band whose genre-bending sound combines elements of rock, hip hop, and jazz. Originally from Evanston, IL, the group is composed of lifelong friends Jamie McNear (vocals), Eli Cohen (guitar), Henry Wolf(bass), Julian Freeman (drums), and Ari Garfin (keys), who have known each other since high school.

 Started by Chicago based songwriter Aidan Mackie, with Evan Hirshorn on guitar, Leo Buczkowski on guitar, Charlie O'Neill on drums, and Nathan Fervoy on bass, Lonnie has been steadily playing in Chicago for the past year. They have performed with the likes of Manwolves, Luke Titus, and Kassa Overall at venues such as the Empty Bottle, Schubas, and Martyrs, as well as at multiple artist-run DIY spaces throughout the city. Lonnie is set to release a string of singles ahead of their debut EP, starting with Turn and Face which released July 14th. With a style that blends elements of Jazz, post rock, and experimental music, Lonnie brings a fresh spin to a traditional Chicago sound.

Johnny 2x4 brings together Chicago dj Uncouth and drummer Charlie O'neill for a mix of vinyl jungle records with live drum breaks.
