Chachuba
Chachuba is a four piece electronic, trance-fusion, jam band, based out of the city of Chicago. The band consists of: Nate Beitz (bass), Sean DiCosola (keyboard/synth), Paul Feinstein (drums), and Jimmy Klimek (guitar). Chachuba consistently add diversity to their music through fluidly transitioning from a variety of genres. Chachuba aims to get the crowd moving with all live instrumentals and improvisation. The band came together in early 2013 and started off with a bang, winning two big battle of the band competitions. In their first summer, Chachuba played at Hyperion Music and Arts Festival in Indiana and Summer Set Music Festival’s mainstage, in Wisconsin. Since then they have played other major music festivals such as Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, IL and Infrasound Music Festival in Wisconsin. Chachuba has been direct support for notable acts such as Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Turkuaz, Sunsquabi, Digital Tape Machine, The Coop and more. Chachuba has performed venues in Chicago such as: Reggies Rock Club, the Subterranean, the Abbey Pub, the Tonic Room, Underground WonderBar and many more bringing in an average of 100 people per show. They also host Lost on the Farm, an annual event that brought over 300 people to the northwest suburbs of Chicago its first year. They have been to expanding their boundaries by going on the road and playing venues outside of Chicago, such as Mackey’s Hideout in Mchenry, IL, the House Cafe in Dekalb, IL, the Canopy Club in Urbana, IL, The Miramar Theater in Milwaukee, WI and the Up and Under in Milwaukee, WI. Chachuba is currently building their schedule and working in the studio on their first EP E.S.M (Euphoric State of Mind) which will be released in Spring 2015. Constantly pushing forward and getting their music out to the masses, they are ready to show their fans how their sound has progressed and evolved. The EP features six new songs that take you on a musical journey and shows just how innovative Chachuba has grown to be.
