The 4 Star Brass Band sound can be categorized as Heavy Funk, and is the best thing you’ve ever heard! They get this captivating sound by using all brass instruments. They remain true to the tradition of brass band while also incorporating modern sound into it. Dave and Jay started the band a few years ago looking to start a brass band in Chicago. They started playing bars/ clubs in the city, bringing the party wherever they went. The band slowly grew, and now Four Star features a rotating cast of 6 musicians who all share a love for New Orleans music. Come fuel the excitement as FOUR STAR BRASS BAND becomes the Hottest and Hardest Hitting Brass Band of this Generation!

 One of the staples of Madison's vibrant music scene, The People Brothers Band is an 8-piece Rhythm & Soul powerhouse and their only only desire is to get you moving on the dance floor. They are the winners of the WAMI Award for 2014 R&B Band of the Year and the MAMA Awards for 2013 Blues Album & Blues Song of the Year, but most importantly they are a family whose love for music and playing together shines brightly through each performance.  The PBB have hosted their own grass-roots, live music & camping festival every year since their first summer together in 2009, the People Fest.  The People Brothers Band can be seen touring regionally in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, & Michigan, heading out west to Colorado, and, of course, playing hometown shows in beautiful Madison.
