My Sweet George” is a tribute to the music, life & legacy of George Harrison. 2024 marks the 7th year this annual event has been presented at Martyrs’. Hosted by Ellis Clark (Social Act/Big Hair Big Trouble!) & Ary Jeebie (Amazing Heeby Jeebies/Big Hair Big Trouble!) both fixtures of the Chicago music community. “My Sweet George” is an entire evening of Harrison’s music as performed by “The My Sweet George Band” as well as performances by many of Chicago’s finest artists which in the past has included: Clar Monico”s Sandlewood Sitar, Tommy Klein (Liquid Soul/Spies Who Surf), The 321’s, Phil Angotti, The Handcuffs, The New Heartaches The Fluffers, The Polkaholics, Jim Belushi, Twisted Rootz, Scott Williams, Pierce Crask, Ken Mottet & Many More!
